Here at Eldest Daughter we operate on a slow fashion, handmade to order basis.
All items require 4-6 weeks to be handmade to order and shipped. It is then preferable to anticipate this production time prior ordering.
If you would like to discuss getting an item sooner please do not hesitate to get in touch, this may incur a surplus charge for express items.
Eldest Daughter provides delivery in the UK using Royal Mail and all over the world via DHL.
Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout according to the destination and service chosen.
International parcels will go through customs to be checked and also to see if they incur import fees. These charges will vary depending on location.
If you have any questions about your local import fees and rules we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If the tracking number doesn’t work or you can’t find your email, please get in touch as soon as you can.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & LOST OR DAMAGES ITEMS
Eldest Daughter is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages.
Eldest Daughter is not responsible for any orders that are damaged or lost as a result of an incorrect delivery address or incomplete information entered when placing an order. Please ensure that all your information is correct before placing an order.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please get in touch as soon as you realise. Unfortunately we will not be able to amend any incorrect orders once the item has been sent.
If your parcel is returned to us we will notify you and you will have 30 days to reply. Not collecting your item from a depot will result in you not being eligible for a refund. We can ship you order back out to you, however, you will be responsible for the additional postage and any customs fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new Eldest Daughter piece. Everything is lovingly and carefully handmade to order in London by our skilled knitters and machinists so please be sure before you purchase as all items and custom pieces are final sale and we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have before purchasing, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
If you’re not totally satisfied, please get in touch with your order number within 14 days to discuss why and of course we'll be more than happy to help.
